This warranty applies to all lithium battery products manufactured and sold by Lilead unless otherwise specified.
Two (2) years limited warranty from the date of shipment.
Under normal usage, if the battery fails to operate due to manufacturing defects or material issues, Lilead will offer free repair or replacement.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Capacity degradation below 70% of the rated capacity;
- Failure to charge or discharge properly;
- Communication or BMS malfunctions (for smart batteries).
The following conditions must be met to maintain the validity of the warranty:
1. Installed in appropriate conditions without exposure to extreme temperature or sealed compartments;
2. Used with compatible lithium battery chargers (with correct voltage/current and LiFePO₄ profile);
3. No unauthorized disassembly or modification;
4. Application must match the battery’s intended purpose (e.g., starting applications only for hybrid models);
5. Avoid over-discharge, short-circuit, impact, or water ingress.
- Out of warranty period;
- Physical damage, swelling, or missing labels due to mishandling;
- Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, collision, or other force majeure;
- Failure to follow user manual and safety instructions.
Contact the point of purchase or Lilead customer service and provide the following:
- Product model and serial number;
- Purchase and installation date;
- Operating temperature and installation location;
- Battery configuration (series/parallel);
- Charger settings and major load description.
- Battery must be properly packed for return or replacement to avoid transport damage;
- Damage from poor packaging is not covered;
- Shipping cost is usually borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
